20 Groups are known by many different names. These groups are also known as: Dealer Twenty Groups, Dealer Twenty Group, Group 20, Twenty Groups, Twenty Group, etc. While the names differ, the purpose is the same: To gather about 20 people representing businesses that share the same basic model and similar goals to communicate freely and to share information and processes in order to improve the quality and production of their businesses.
A Dealer 20 Group is a strategic grouping of eleven to twenty Dealers with similar business operations. A 20 Group is made up of dealers that do not share common geographic markets. These dealers join as members of a 20 group primarily to improve their dealership's performance though group information sharing, problem solving, and idea generation.
A 20 Group is the ultimate Dealer networking experience! Learn best practices, tips, techniques, processes and procedures from your successful peers. Share and be shared with. Enjoy honest and open information sharing and establish invaluable, lasting relationships.
Each Dealer 20 Group meets three to four times per year at a central location within the region. The 20 Group Members decide on the location, the intervals, and the duration of each meeting. Groups meet for one and one-half to three days.

How much does it cost to participate in a Dealer 20 Group? A monthly membership fee is paid to L.J. King and Associates, LLC and is billed at the beginning of every quarter. The only other expense is your meeting and travel expense for the meetings - hotel, meals, etc.
